Justin Bohn is a research assistant working in Dr. Kohane’s lab. He completed his BA at Wesleyan University, where he studied psychology and was a member of the first graduating class in the new Cognitive Science program. His work focuses on developing methods for the analysis of social behavior in zebrafish, and more specifically studying potential behavioral phenotypes in morpholino zebrafish models of Autism. Likewise, he is involved in efforts to determine novel relationships between gene expression profiles and various cognitive measurements of Autism (e.g. severity scores, ADOS, ADI-R, etc.), as well as Dr. Kong’s efforts in analyzing and integrating whole genome sequence data from individuals with Autism.
